Return Policy

Prior to making your purchase, carefully review the item description and sizing. Sizing charts are provided to ensure that your items fit properly. All items are final sale and no returns, exchanges, or refunds are available. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at james@2yellowdog.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Damaged or defective items must not be worn, altered, or washed and may be replaced within 30 days of purchase.
